Annual Shearing

In the Thar desert in Rajasthan there is the famous city of Jaisalmer. If you leave the city and wander in the surrounding desert, you will find many villages of gypsies. People used to a life almost without electricity and where water is one of the most precious assets.

Gipsy music

One shot from a village of Indian Gipsy, in the Thar desert. I was invited into a home of a family of musicians who played for us some traditional songs. The child was the singer and dancer of the performance.

Business street

This is the street right in front of my Guest House... in the heart of the local market. A street always full of people where shops and stands were all cramped together in the little space available... sometimes was difficult understand where one shop was ending and the other was starting.
