My name is Forrest Gump

During my stay in Bangladesh I have been hosted by a very nice family in a small village. This village which i do not remember the name, is located near the city of Comilla. The hospitality of the people is really great, definitely the best I've ever seen in my life.

HomeStay

An experience that i will surely remember are the two days spent in SaPa. A beautiful walk through the valleys covered by rice terraces of emerald green color, visiting small villages of huts inhabited by the Hmong. I spent the night hosted by a local family, sleeping in a hut and drinking in company of an elderly local. Great hospitality and atmosphere, which I tried to represent with this shot.

Crowded Game

In a small village nearby Comilla City, the people live a life very simple and everybody knows each others. Often they enjoy playing games just using what is available around. This is a common game that i've seen playing many times. It's a kind of strategy game but i didn't get the rules.

Greeting

During a tour near Luang Prabang, we stopped in a small village consisting mostly of huts. Basically, it was a stop for buying souvenirs .. after finishing the tour of the small "shops", all the children of the village ran to our bus to greet us and to try to speak a bit in English.
