What 's behind the preparation of chapati at the Golden Temple? The processing is divided into two distinct phases, phases separated by a wall.. two adjacent rooms one from the other, to ensure a huge amount of chapati to serve.

In the first room there is a big machine for the preparation and cooking of the flour, once cooked to perfection, the chapati are transported through a conveyor belt and an opening into the wall, towards the other room where a dozen of volunteers are ready to complete the process before serving them in the mess hall. The bearded man is the one who, with a basket, accumulated some of this bread, before passing it to the women behind.
