During a tour near Luang Prabang, we stopped in a small village consisting mostly of huts. Basically, it was a stop for buying souvenirs .. after finishing the tour of the small "shops", all the children of the village ran to our bus to greet us and to try to speak a bit in English.

Some more shy than others and others more enterprising, but all very sweet and with a big smile on their faces. Simply beautiful... Maybe they don't even know what a cell phone and a PSP are, and this is probably what makes them so lively and joyful despite a life certainly not wealthy.
